2016 09 11 - (SUNDAY) Toronto Club Hike #1 - Halton Country Inn to Limehouse

Note that this hike is shifted to SUNDAY September 11th.

Also, please note that there is a short section (3.2km) that was omitted from our last hike due to the closure of the Appleby Line underpass.  We will leave it up to everyone to make this up at their convenience.  Perhaps this would be a good winter hike, followed by lunch at the Mohawk Inn?  We can discuss and post accordinly

Meet at the Limehouse parking at 8:45AM at the intersection of 22 Sideroad and 5th line (Map 12 of the Bruce Trail Guide, 21.3 km mark of the trail -- See google map here)

Shuttle back to Halton Country Inn (Golf Club) at 6th line North of Campbellville Rd (Map 11 ~2.5 km mark, Parking T002 - See Google Map Here)

Note: there may be a parking fee at the Inn.

Approximate hike length: 18.5-19km

Please note that several of us are unable to attend--please post here if you will be attending, and communicate with each other accordingly. Karen and I will not be able to attend, as we have to go to Kingston. I believe that Barb and Sue will also be absent.

Basically--make sure that there are at least two vehicles, or you have a way to get to your start-point.

Would it make sense to change the date from Sept. 11th to Sept. 17th?

I propose we change the hike date for this hike to the 18th of September.

I have spoken with all the folks who are able to hike this Sunday, and we are all in agreement that we can move the date back back by 1 week, and
Christian and Karen are able to hike on that day also.

Thus the following people have indicated they can hike on the 18th: Christian, Karen, Don, Aggie, Gerda, Gossette, Denny.

Please affirm that this works for you, and perhaps those who cannot make it this Sunday will be able to make it next Sunday.

Aggie and I plan on being there on the 18th.

Gossette and DENNY will be there

Marylou will be traveling with Gossette and Denny.

Sorry I can't make it on Sunday. Not sure about Barb yet.
