2016 06 25 - Iroquoia Hike #6 (Final) - Crawford Forestry Tract to Kelso Conservation Area

Completion point of this hike is to be determined, as we will cross over the limit of the Iroquoia club into the Toronto club on this hike.

Details will be posted closer to the hike date.

The underpass at Hwy 401 and Appleby Rd is still not completed, so we will stop before we get to the 401. I will post up details shortly.

Hey folks! Here are meeting points for Saturday's hike:  We'll aim to meet at 8:45 AM.  

Because of the underpass closure, we will be finishing at Kelso Conservation area parking, just below the ski hill (Bruce trail parking ID I_075).  Total estimated distance: 17.6 km


Since this is paid parking, Denny suggested we meet up outside the entrance gate to Kelso and send in only the cars that will stay at the end point, so we can reduce the cost to the minimum.  There is a pull-off right before the gate where we can meet.

I suspect that for folks coming from London will be best to take the 401 to the Campbellville exit.

From there we will shuttle back to the start, which was our May end point on Twiss Rd.

As usual, we'll meet at the end point at 8:45 AM to shuttle back to our start point.  This location is on Twiss Rd, near Crawford Lake
